On the occasion of the Seminar organized by the Japanese Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry that will take place in Tokyo on October 18, 2007, European Patent Attorneys Mr. Rinaldo Ferreccio, Mr. Marco Zardi and Mr. Bernhard Ganahl have been invited to give presentations on the European patent procedures. Mr. Ferreccio, Mr. Zardi and Mr. Bernhard Ganahl will be presenting a detailed analysis of fundamental procedures of the European Patent Law, mainly the Examination and the Opposition Procedures at the EPO.
