SEMINAR IN JAPAN OCTOBER 27, 2009 – TOKYO and OCTOBER 29, 2009 – OSAKA
On the occasion of the Seminar organized by the Japanese Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry that will take place in Tokyo on October 27, 2009. Mr. Walter Moser (a former Member of the Enlarged Board of Appeal and Chairman of a Technical Board of Appeal at the EPO) and European Patent Attorneys Mr. Marco Zardi and Mr. Paolo Gerli have been invited to give presentations on the European patent procedures. They will be presenting a detailed analysis of Examination at the European Patent Office, how to deal with the issues of sufficiency of disclosure, novelty, inventive step and amendments before the EPO.
AIPPI OCTOBER 11-14, 2009 - BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
The AIPPI (International Association for the Intellectual Property) is a non-profit organisation. The main purpose of this organisation is the development and improvement of IP protection. The AIPPI conference takes place every three years in a different location; this year, it will be organised in Argentina.
