September, 2007 - SET UP OF EURATTORNEYS EEIG in Munich

Eurattorneys  EEIG has been set up in 2007 by the three IP firms who in 2004 established the Eurattorneys network. The foundation of Eurattorneys EEIG represents the natural evolution of a process of permanently increasing integration among the members of the previous network.

September 2005 - Collaboration with Japanese Intellectual Property magazine and publication

For about a year now, Eurattorneys has been enjoying a fruitful collaboration with a leading Japanese intellectual property specialized monthly magazine “Prism” and with the daily publication “Patent news”, both edited by the Tokyo Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry. As part of this collaboration, we have been providing, on a regular basis, feature articles relating to European intellectual property matters, focusing primarily on current issues at the EPO and on the most recent developments in European patent law.
The following is a list of those articles, which can be viewed by clicking on the related link:

June 22, 2004: EURATTORNEYS IS BORN!

Huber & Schuessler (DE), Botti & Ferrari (IT) and M.Zardi & Co. (CH) are proud to announce, on the occasion of the
AIPPI Congress in Geneva, the birth of EURATTORNEYS, a European IP Firms Network.

This network could not help rising in such an international and European city as Geneva, from the shared dream of a group of I.P. attorneys from the heart-land of Europe.

What was, at the beginning, just a satisfying co-operation among professionals of patent firms from three different nations has gradually become a much deeper link, consolidated by true feelings of reciprocal esteem and friendship.

This brought us to think of a new way of facing and solving the problems that our clients encounter in the I.P. field, which are becoming increasingly complex and which often implicate actions and laws within more than one nation. Our new way forward is inspired by the European idea of a union of wholly independent entities that share common resources and common objectives.

You will find further details about the structure, the aims and the advantages of the Eurattorneys network on the relevant pages of this web site. You may also use the information available here to learn more about the extensive services that we are able to provide and to contact member firms and professionals.
