Main activities
Jaesang deals with the drafting and prosecution of Korea, European, International patent applications. His technical background is electronics, especially, telecommunication, semiconductor, electric circuits, software. He has an intensive experience for prosecuting korean patent applications for foreign clients before KIPO. He has also an experience in opposition procedure in KIPO, invalidation trial held in Korean Patent Court, and infringement trial in Korean District Court. Since 2010, he joined the Eurattorneys and has been trained as a European patent prosecutor.
Education
He graduated in Electronic Engineering at Seoul Nation University in 2002. He is qualified as a Korean patent attorney since 2007.
Professional experience
He started working in 2002 in the field of software development industry by 2005. In 2007 he was qualified as Korean patent attorney and started to work for Koreana Patent Firm in Korea. In 2009, he joined GIP korea patent firm. He joined the professional team of Eurattorneys in 2010, where he currently works as a patent assistant.
