Main activities
Sabrina has more than twenty years of experience in the Industrial Property field, particularly with regards to trademarks and in the legal sector.
Her professional activity presently covers all aspects of trademarks counsel. She supervises the preparation, filing and renewal of Italian, foreign, community and international trademarks. Furthermore, she provides specific opinions on trademark registrability, personally performing prior novelty searches, and she is involved in trademark opposition procedures or out-of-court cross-examinations. She also deals with the registration of assignments of industrial property assets She also handles the cease, transcription, and registration of name changes, as well as the pertinent contracts.
Education
Shegraduated in Law with a thesis on “The so-called infringement for equivalents”. She is also admitted to practise before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, WIPO and OHIM in matters of trademarks.
Professional experience
Sabrina has approached the position of counsel gradually, working first as an assistant, in particular in the patent office of attorney Giovanni Lecce, where she began her professional career in 1987. Before joining Botti & Ferrari in 2000, she worked for several years in the patent firm Bianchetti, Bracco & Minoja, where she contributed to the growth of the trademark department by acting in complete autonomy. In 2007 she joined as a member of Eurattorneys EEIG in Munich, Germany.
